Michael Worked with us through the purchase of a new home and sale of our existing condo. He quickly learned what we wanted and found it for us in a week! He directed me in what I needed to do to sell my existing condo and sold it in 4 days for asking price. Michael is knowledgeable and always available. He would always show up on short notice and take us to see potential homes. It was his local area knowledge that enabled us to purchase our new home and we simply could not have done this without him.

We asked Mike and Tristan to help our growing family find a new home. We were a bit worried about taking the plunge just because of how crazy the market is but they were very patient with explaining the process. They guided us every step of the way and never pressured us to make a choice we were not comfortable with. We were eventually able to make an informed decision and were able to sell our home and immediately find a new home that we love that’s within our budget.
